Warehouse Manager Go 4 Sports Distribution – Morisset, NSW About Us Go 4 Sports Distribution is a growing Australian distributor of skating and sporting goods. With strong growth across our sales and marketing channels, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and scale our operational capabilities. The Role We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead our team, and drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety across the business. This role is critical in supporting continued business growth and ensuring our warehouse operations align with company goals. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Daily Management Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Maintain warehouse organisation, layout, and efficiency Monitor performance against daily operational targets Team Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff Set clear expectations and delegate responsibilities effectively Manage rostering, productivity, and performance Train and onboard new team members Inventory & Stock Control Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock integrity Oversee stocktakes and cycle counts Investigate discrepancies and implement improvements Ensure proper storage and handling of goods WHS & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse Enforce safe equipment use and procedures Identify and mitigate operational risks Continuous Improvement & Reporting Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Track KPIs (accuracy, productivity, turnaround times) Prepare reports and provide operational insights to management Help scale warehouse processes as the business grows Collaboration & Business Alignment Work closely with the General Manager on daily, weekly, and long-term goals Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to meet demand Support broader business growth initiatives Problem Solving & Issue Management Handle daily operational issues and resolve them quickly Manage customer or delivery-related problems Ensure minimal disruption to workflow Skills & Experience Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management Strong leadership and people management skills High attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure Experience with inventory systems and warehouse processes Forklift licence (preferred) What Success Looks Like High order accuracy and on-time dispatch Engaged, accountable warehouse team Efficient, scalable warehouse processes Strong safety record and compliance Clear communication with leadership and other departments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): Do you have any experience in skating of any idea.
