Reporting to the Senior Technical Writer, you will work on a range of manuals, procedures, and guides, helping to transform complex technical information into clear, user‑friendly documentation that supports our business and customers. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you will develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation while learning industry best practices in structured writing, document control, and quality standards. You'll work closely with subject‑matter experts and gain practical experience across real-world technical content. Key responsibilities · Create, review, and update technical documentation, including manuals, procedures, and guides. · Translate complex technical information into clear and concise simplified English. · Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. · Apply company formatting and document standards to ensure usability and readability. · Support the ongoing improvement of documentation quality and consistency.
