Elgas is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to win new, high‑value industrial and commercial LPG customers across Western Australia. This is a pure hunter role - you create your own pipeline, open doors, build commercial solutions, and close profitable multi‑year deals. You’ll work with everyone from site managers to CEOs, designing practical LPG storage/delivery solutions that solve real operational problems. What you will enjoy doing Target and win mid‑to‑upper market Industrial & Commercial tonnage customers across WA Build and maintain a Top‑100 target list and generate your own opportunities Lead customer discovery, site assessments, and solution design Deliver value‑based proposals that win on reliability, service and total cost Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments (Operations, Procurement, Execs) Own the full sales cycle - prospecting through to first gas and handover Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Pricing and Legal to shape deals Report weekly on pipeline, forecast, risks and next steps Maintain strong CRM discipline (Salesforce) What makes you great 7 years B2B new‑business hunting experience Strong solution selling skills in a service environment Demonstrated role stability and progression (not a frequent job‑hopper).
