We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping a people-first culture in one of Australia’s fastest growing defence hubs. The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver pragmatic, best practice People & Culture support across the employee lifecycle. The HR Business Partner undertakes generalist HR activities, combining operational delivery with involvement in organisation wide people initiatives. About the role: As a HR Business Partner, you will: Build strong trusted relationships with business leaders to support HR & operational delivery. Coach and grow leaders to confidently manage performance, behaviour and team culture. Support the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, disputes and investigations. Interpret industrial instruments and support the consistent application of employment contracts. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and relevant industry standards. Deliver performance and talent initiatives, supporting reviews, succession planning and development pathways. Enhance employee experience, culture and support change, embedding engagement initiatives. What you'll Bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role. A Diploma (or higher) in Human Resources or related discipline. A Bachelors Degree is desirable. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and best practice HR principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced and evolving business. Mandatory Requirements: Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
