We’re looking for a Branch Manager (Housing & Tenancy Services) to lead a high-performing team and deliver meaningful housing outcomes in the community. About the role This is a leadership role with real impact. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of your branch, support and develop your team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality tenancy and property services. What you’ll be doing Lead, coach and support a team to deliver strong tenancy outcomes Drive branch performance across key metrics such as arrears, vacancies and tenant satisfaction Create a positive, accountable and client-focused team culture Oversee workload, resourcing, budgets and service delivery to ensure consistency and quality Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and organisational standards About you You’re a confident and capable leader who understands housing and community services and knows how to bring out the best in people.
