About the Role Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end manufacturing operations of kitchen cabinet production to ensure products are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards. Continuously reviewed and analysed production workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality, implementing process improvements to maximise productivity. Established and implemented quality control procedures to ensure kitchen cabinets met industry standards for durability, functionality, and appearance, including conducting regular inspections and resolving quality issues promptly. Coordinated the procurement of materials and production components to ensure timely supply while maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimise waste and control costs. Oversaw the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and reduce downtime, including scheduling routine preventative maintenance. Managed production requirements for new product designs and supported the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and processes. Ensured compliance with workplace health and safety procedures by conducting routine safety inspections and implementing corrective measures to minimise risks and maintain a safe working environment.
