About the role As a Warehouse Assistant at Pet PA', you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our dynamic pet supply distribution centre. This full-time or part time position in our Burleigh Heads, Queensland location offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our expanding business. What you'll be doing Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments Ability to perform moderate lifting as required for warehouse operations Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch Maintain the warehouse and storage areas in an organised and clean manner Assist with stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues in a timely manner Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements What we're looking for Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience required Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently Excellent organisational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Forklift licence A positive attitude and the desire to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team Australian work rights are required for this position.
