McIntosh Distribution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Production Coordinator to join our team based in Redcliffe on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced machinery and parts environment and enjoys being the central link between Parts, Production and Sales. You will also be responsible for coordinating parts requirements for production builds, managing inventory movements, and ensuring clear communication across internal teams, dealers, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Act as the central point of contact between Parts, Production and Sales for all parts-related requirements Maintain accurate inventory levels of materials and supplies used in production and machine builds Pick and pack parts as required Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of records in the system Monitor and manage order status, delivery timeframes, backorders and supply issues, communicating proactively with stakeholders Oversee build parts allocation and support smooth production workflow Manage parts returns to support efficient repair order (RO) close-out Manage dealer orders, shortages and backorders Assist with sales proposals, presentations, bids and contract support where required Drive continuous improvement initiatives across parts and production processes Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure alignment and service delivery standards About you: Experience in a Parts Coordinator, Parts Interpreter, Inventory Coordinator, picking and packing or similar role Solid understanding of inventory management and parts supply chain processes Experience working within machinery, automotive, agricultural or similar technical industries Familiarity with systems such as ERP or inventory platforms Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Confident communicator with the ability to engage across multiple internal and external stakeholders Experience coordinating freight, suppliers and/or logistics is highly regarded Intermediate Microsoft Office skills What we offer: Competitive salary Work/life balance Career development and progression opportunities within a growing organisation Supportive, friendly and fast-paced working environment Who we are: McIntosh Distribution is part of the McIntosh Group, established in 1955.
