About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Cairns warehouse and distribution operation. This role is responsible for day-to-day performance, team leadership, and operational outcomes, while also contributing to stock control, planning, and broader business alignment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the warehouse team Ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time Manage workflow, productivity, and daily operations Oversee delivery planning and routing Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and accountability Liaise with Head Office and other depots on procurement and processes Work with Territory Managers and depots to maintain service levels and compliance Contribute to planning and growth of the Cairns operation Participate in management meetings and business initiatives Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement About You Experience in warehouse or logistics operations Proven leadership or supervisory experience Hands-on, practical leadership style Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confident working with systems and stock control Able to perform in a fast-paced environment Forklift licence (preferred) Why Join Us?
