Due to an internal promotion our Maddington facility is seeking a motivated store person/Internal sales who is customer service focused and enjoys working in a small team. Job tasks and responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries. Processing orders into the company's SAP system. Warehousing duties in relation to order fulfilment and stock management. Providing support to our WA sales team. General warehousing & sales administration tasks as directed. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position. An ideal candidate will have the following skills: Some experience in sales (mechanical or electrical) would be an advantage. Strong customer service & communication skills. Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail. Forklift experience with valid licence. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritize your work flow & manage your time efficiently. A friendly disposition with a strong work ethic. Able to work autonomously and within a small team. Intermediate with the MS Suite including Excel.
