About the Roles As a Team Member, you will be part of a great team that prepares and serves fresh, high-quality seafood and takeaway meals while creating welcoming customer experiences through every interaction. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment while using strong time management and multitasking skills during busy trade periods. Customer Service Team Members You will work across front-of-house operations, assisting customers, processing orders, supporting takeaway and online orders, maintaining store presentation, and helping deliver exceptional service every day. You will also support kitchen cleanliness, food safety, preparation standards, and overall kitchen operations as needed. Kitchen Hand / Cook You will assist with food preparation and cooking, including fresh seafood dishes, takeaway meals, burgers, fish and chips prepared fresh in store. You will also support kitchen cleanliness, food safety, preparation standards, and overall kitchen operations.
