Key Responsibility With support tailored to your level of experience, you will: Assess development applications in line with the PDI Act, NCC, and relevant legislation Deliver clear, customer-focused advice to residents, builders, designers, and internal teams Conduct building inspections in accordance with Council's Building Inspection Policy Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations Contribute to a positive team culture as we continue to grow and evolve Skill & Competencies We're open to hearing from candidates with a range of experience. You might be early in your surveying career or already confident in your technical capability - either way, if you bring the right mindset, we'll support your development.
