Drawing on advanced clinical expertise, the SLN expertly triages and coordinates care, ensuring patients move efficiently through their surgical pathway. In this highly collaborative position, the SLN partners with multidisciplinary teams across Endoscopy, Surgical Bookings, Pre-Admission Clinic, and Anaesthetic and Surgical services to optimise patient flow and outcomes. With a strong focus on communication and teamwork, the SLN promotes a culture of collaboration while engaging effectively across a diverse range of clinical scenarios. The role also offers the opportunity to demonstrate clinical leadership, contributing to service planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
