We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mental Health Services team at Ramsay Clinic - Caloundra on a Permanent Part Time basis. As a RN in a mental health clinic, you will be providing specialized clinical care and therapeutic support to patients with diverse psychological conditions, focusing on crisis intervention, medication management, and the implementation of holistic recovery plans. As a member of our clinical team, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our patients. Key responsibilities include: Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care across a diverse range of mental health presentations. Conducting thorough clinical assessments and contributing to care planning across a 7-day rotating roster. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with Ramsay standards and relevant legislation. About You You are a clinically confident Registered Nurse with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (essential). Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience in a mental health care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental state and risk assessment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to continued professional development.
