We are looking for a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Team Members to join our team at our brand new Brooki store at Gold Coast Airport! The successful candidate will immediately take responsibility for managing a successful Brooki retail store, with a clear career growth opportunity to be a multi-store leader in the near future. As a Brooki Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Team Member, you will: Lead and inspire your team: inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence Drive sales and achieve targets: implement strategies to maximise sales, manage inventory effectively and control costs Ensure exceptional customer experiences: foster a positive and welcoming environment for all customers, resolving any issues efficiently and with a smile Maintain operational excellence: oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, cleanliness, and presentation guidelines Manage inventory and ordering: accurately track inventory levels, place orders, and minimise waste Manage POS system: train your team to ensure efficient use of the point-of-sale system Maintain a safe and compliant workplace: adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Be a brand ambassador: embody the Brooki Bakehouse values and represent our brand with pride What we're looking for: Experience in a retail or hospitality role, preferably within the food industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills A passion for food and a genuine enthusiasm for the Brooki Bakehouse brand Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the location For management roles: proven leadership and team management experience, with experience in inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems What we offer you: Full-time positions for management roles, with a competitive salary Casual positions available for team members A supportive and fun environment where your contributions are valued The opportunity to be part of a passionate team and make a real impact with a beloved brand Delicious staff discounts on our amazing cookies, and free Brooki merch!
