Elite Bolts and Fasteners South Geelong VIC 3220 About the role As a Warehouse Storeman at Elite Bolts and Fasteners, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our busy warehouse in South Geelong, Victoria. This full-time position is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing a wide range of industrial fasteners and supplies. You will ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. What you'll be doing Unloading and receiving incoming deliveries, verifying order accuracy and logging stock levels Organising and maintaining a tidy, efficient, and well-organised warehouse layout Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed Conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Assisting with the efficient operation of the warehouse, including operating materials handling equipment as required Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Adhering to all health, safety, and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment What we're looking for Must have at least 5 years experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Forklift licence and experience operating materials handling equipment A commitment to workplace health and safety The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team MUST LIVE IN GEELONG, we will not accept any Melbourne based candidates.
