About the role Cricks Tweed' is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our talented team at our Tweed Heads South location. As a full-time Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our automotive service department. What you'll be doing Greet and assist customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate repair estimates Coordinate with our team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of all service and repair work Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, service history, and parts/labour costs Provide customers with clear and transparent updates on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process Recommend additional services and parts to enhance the customer experience and maintain the long-term health of their vehicle Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the service department What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar service advisor or customer-facing automotive role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, technicians, and other team members Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns Proficient in using automotive service management software and systems A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands within a fast-paced service environment What we offer At Cricks Tweed', we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
