A minimum of 1 year of supervisor/restaurant experience is required working in a busy environment. Must be able to work a flexible roster and should be able to work weekends & any public holiday. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability. Ensure food deliver in a high quality standard. Over-see daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Assist in managing staff performance and compliance with operational standards. Handle customer enquiries, feedbacks, complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing restaurant performance. Ensure compliance with hygiene, OH&S regulations and restaurant/club policies. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of supervisor/restaurant experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
