As part of our growth initiative, we are looking to appoint an experienced Integration Engineer to support the delivery of prefabricated and integrated power solutions (primarily Power Train Units and skids) across the full project lifecycle for our data center segment. This is a highly focused role, managing technical integration end-to-end - from bid support through execution, FAT/SAT and delivery readiness - ensuring Eaton can scale solution volumes profitably, repeatedly and with controlled risk. Key Duties: Support tendering teams and develop concept-level prefabricated layouts and General Arrangements based on product footprints and technical data. Participate in bid kick-off meetings and contribute to bid strategy development from an integration feasibility standpoint. Support prefab vendor engagement, including RFQ inputs, scope clarifications, and offer reviews. Act as the Responsible Engineer for coordinating detailed design documentation across LV, MV, UPS, transformers, and auxiliary systems. Ensure alignment between Eaton engineering outputs and integration vendor fabrication requirements. Support the Prefab Lead in managing third-party integration vendors, including technical alignment meetings, scope clarification during fabrication, design changes and deviation management Review vendor installation methodologies to ensure compliance with Eaton standards and project requirements. Participate in on-site vendor coordination during equipment installation, integration, and cabling phases. Support and execute Eaton inspections, FAT preparation, FAT attendance, and punch list closure. Support project managers with technical integration risk management, schedule coordination related to prefabrication activities, and resolution of technical non-conformances Escalate technical and integration issues appropriately through defined governance channels. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an integration engineer within power engineering ideally within a data center or mission critical environment.
