Your part in our UnitingCare Queensland team We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our Family Relationship Centre team based in Bundaberg on a full-time basis. In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our service in the Wide Bay region and provide professional leadership to employees with emphasis on delivery of high quality, best practice service delivery. Please note this position may include some regional travel. What makes a difference for us? Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Psychology or Social Science) Demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve service performance outcomes together with an ability to provide quality supervision and training. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Current drivers’ licence A current Blue Card or willingness to make an application for one A willingness to undergo a criminal history check Preferred: Experience Managing a funded program What makes a difference for you?
