Registered Nurse In Charge (CCC) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate clinical care delivery across the home Oversee care planning, clinical assessments, and documentation Support and mentor Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers Monitor resident outcomes and ensure care plans reflect changing clinical needs Oversee infection prevention and control practices and clinical compliance Investigate and manage clinical incidents, risks, and quality improvements Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, residents, and families Participate in audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a positive team culture focused on resident dignity, wellbeing, and quality care About You You are a compassionate and confident clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced aged care environment and is passionate about mentoring teams and improving resident outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential aged care Previous leadership or clinical coordination experience Current Police Check Current CPR & First Aid certification COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (as applicable) Full working rights in Australia Strong understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and clinical governance Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills Experience mentoring and supporting staff Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement Why Join MACG?
