Our work You will be involved in a range of work across the energy transition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on energy markets, energy reform, project and infrastructure development, energy M&A and project financing transactions for energy assets and be involved in regulatory advice and market design across the energy sector. The future energy team works with an enviable range of clients across the energy sectors including developers, investors, banks, governments, regulators and market operators. About the team Our team is at the forefront of the energy transition, working on some of the most significant transactions and regulatory reforms. In this role you will work closely with Shirley Cheng, Roderick Smythe, Josh Thorneycroft, and Vishal Ahuja, key Partners in our future energy team, who advise investors, corporates, governments and regulators on transactions across the energy transition, sustainability and infrastructure sectors. Our Future Energy team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers and is highly regarded for its breadth and depth of expertise. You will have a passion for future energy and the energy transition a willingness to be challenged, and think creatively and laterally previous experience in a similar role excellent analytical and communication skills - to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice team focus - to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships Who are we?
