Overseeing a team of program managers, this role leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, drives project performance enhancements, and ensures successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs. Key Responsibilities Strategic PMO Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously improve the PMO framework, governance structures, and delivery methodologies for large-scale cloud transformation and migration programs Customer Transformation: Partner with customers to plan, structure, and drive cloud migration and modernisation programs — ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and program milestones Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a team of program managers; establish a high-performing PMO culture focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement Executive Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with customer executives, internal leadership, sponsors, and partners at all organisational levels to architect and realise comprehensive transformation strategies Performance & Governance: Establish and maintain program-level reporting, risk management frameworks, and escalation mechanisms; drive Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews and executive reporting cadences Process Optimisation: Drive performance improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and change management across the program portfolio Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with technical delivery teams, solutions architects, and service teams to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time and within scope Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance with the ability to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment.
