Transport / Logistics / Drivers Warehouse & Distribution Sydney Permanent / Full Time 11/5/2026 Hands-on warehouse and admin role Customer service, invoicing, and logistics support Varied role with strong team support Our client within the construction and building sector is seeking a hands on, organised individual to join their team in a varied role supporting warehouse operations, customer service, administration, and logistics coordination. The Role This position will involve a mix of warehouse support and administration duties, including preparing customer quotes, processing orders, responding to enquiries, and providing general support to customers and suppliers. You will also assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and day to day operational administration. A key part of the role will be coordinating stock movements, managing incoming deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and supporting warehouse operations including receipting, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will liaise with freight providers and suppliers to help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Administration & Customer Support Strong administration skills are essential. You will assist with invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, customer payments, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems. Attention to detail and the ability to manage paperwork and data accurately will be highly valued. You will also be a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing a high level of service and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will ideally have: Experience in warehouse administration, customer service, sales support, or operational administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to learn new systems quickly Experience within construction, trade, warehousing, or building materials environments will be highly regarded Desirable: Forklift licence Exposure to CRM/ERP systems Experience with Shopify or Retail Express (advantageous but not essential) Any digital or website support experience will be viewed favourably This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and expanding business in a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
