Blending customer service, administration and relationship-building, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and working closely with people in a warm and professional environment. This is not a high-pressure residential real estate role . There’s no cold calling, door knocking or chasing listings. Instead, you’ll play an important support role behind the sales journey — assisting with tours, enquiries, administration, move-ins and creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents and their families. Perfect for someone with real estate or property administration experience seeking better work/life balance and a more meaningful, people-focused industry. Your Impact: Supporting the Sales Managers with the end-to-end sales administration process, from enquiry through to settlement Managing CRM updates, listings, brochures, sales files and marketing collateral to ensure accurate and timely information Coordinating welcome packs, documentation, appointments and communication with prospective and exiting residents Assisting with community tours, open days and events to create a warm and professional experience for prospective residents Maintaining presentation of display villas, units, signage and the sales office Liaising with vendors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated resident experience Helping ensure every move-in experience feels supportive, seamless and stress-free Why Aveo?
