These full-time positions are based in the Personal Injury Law department and offer an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the legal field. As a Legal Assistant at Carbone Lawyers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth running of files. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal executives, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, including drafting letters and court documents Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support casework Communicating with clients, both in person and over the phone, to assist with enquiries and provide updates on case progress Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records of client information and case files Assisting with billing processes and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained Skills And Experiences The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. Previous experience in a legal support role would be advantageous.
