Roster availabilities: Monday to Sunday Mornings, Afternoon and Night shifts 24 hour work What You'll Do: Assist with personal care and daily household tasks. Domestic assistance. Promote independence, life skills, and community engagement. Provide Social community access. Complete detailed progress notes and collaborate with the onsite team. What You Need: 12 months of experience in home care. Clear NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & Working with Children Checks. (Or willing to obtain) Valid First Aid & CPR certificates. Driver’s licence, reliable car, and comprehensive insurance. Cert III in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus Flexibility: Willingness to work across roster needs, including public holidays as required.
