About the Role We’re seeking a commercially focused Head of Finance to partner with the CEO of Focus on Furniture and lead the finance function for a national, multi-site retail business within the Adairs Group. This is a high-impact role where you’ll embed finance into the weekly trading rhythm, turning insights into action to improve earnings, cash flow and business performance.
