As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing & Enrolments to lead our entire growth ecosystem — from first brand interaction through to long-term family retention. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where marketing, enrolments and retention operate as one integrated commercial function. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO / Founder and sitting on the senior leadership team, this role owns the strategy, systems, performance and people responsible for driving occupancy growth across the Mini Masterminds network. You will oversee: Brand and marketing strategy Paid media and digital growth Enrolment funnel performance Family retention strategy Marketing, enrolment and retention teams Agency and technology partner management This is a strategic leadership role focused on outcomes, analytics and team performance. You will lead the systems and people that drive marketing and enrolments. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Leadership Lead the multichannel marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, social media, content, PR, partnerships and events Drive brand positioning, messaging and campaign execution across all centres Manage annual marketing budgets and channel performance Lead major campaigns including centre launches, Tour Weeks and seasonal enrolment drives Growth & Enrolment Strategy Own and optimise the full enrolment funnel from lead generation through to commencement Analyse conversion data and identify opportunities to improve performance across every stage Build and maintain dashboards tracking lead quality, occupancy, conversion and ROI Coach and develop the Enrolment team to improve capability and performance outcomes Retention & Family Experience Lead retention strategy across the network Monitor churn trends, exit data and retention performance Develop lifecycle communication strategies to improve family engagement Partner closely with operational leaders to improve the end-to-end family experience Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor the Marketing, Enrolment and Retention teams Manage external agencies and technology partners Collaborate with Centre Directors and Area Managers to improve local conversion performance Present commercial insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leadership About You You are a commercially focused marketing and growth leader who understands how to connect brand, acquisition, conversion and retention into one high-performing growth engine. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in senior marketing, growth or commercial leadership roles Experience leading multi-site consumer-facing businesses Strong expertise across performance marketing, SEO, CRM and funnel analytics Proven success driving occupancy, utilisation or revenue growth outcomes Experience leading enrolment, sales or customer conversion teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A hands-on leadership style with strong operational instincts Experience within childcare, education, healthcare or allied health environments will be highly regarded.
