19th May, 2026 Australian financial institution is seeking a Senior Portfolio Business Analyst to join a highly visible Enterprise Portfolio Management Office operating at the centre of strategic delivery, transformation and post-merger integration activity. Working closely with the Office of the CEO, Group Strategy and senior executives, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, governance and enterprise-wide delivery. You will help shape and drive major strategic initiatives across transformation, portfolio governance, regulatory uplift and future M&A activity, while providing critical visibility across competing enterprise priorities. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of enterprise transformation, integration and strategic initiatives Drive portfolio governance, reporting, decision analysis and executive visibility Partner with senior leaders to turn corporate strategy into executable outcomes Lead complex scoping, business analysis and problem-solving activity across concurrent programs Support post-merger integration activity and future M&A initiatives Coordinate enterprise-wide stakeholders across technology, operations, risk and strategy functions Prepare executive papers, business cases, options analysis and governance artefacts About You You will likely come from a consulting or enterprise transformation background and be comfortable operating in highly complex, ambiguous and politically sensitive environments. Experience within banking, financial services or large regulated organisations will be highly regarded.
