Quality service is reflected in every service they deliver. ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers and overseas agents in regard to Export shipments. Responsible for arranging transport and pickups for Export shipments. responsible for export, including obtaining and completing necessary shipping documentation. Responsible for export from start to finish, including but not limited to, data entry, including registrations, Export Receival Advice, booking transport, Export Clearance, invoicing, and arranging cleaning if required. Assist in updating and assisting customers on any issues that may have occurred in a timely manner. Assist in booking space with airlines, shipping lines, and consolidators for export shipments. Assist with quotations and obtaining rates from vendors and clients. Finalize the costing of export files and check profit/loss before closing the file. Work in a professional manner with all Local and International Shipping lines, Airlines and Customs Brokers. Adhere to legal rules, and guidelines and be a role model for all company Policies and Procedures. Maintain the company, brand, values, and code of conduct. Perform any duties as requested to assist the Owner, Operations Manager and other staff. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 2-3 years’ experience in Export Operations. Strong problem-solving skills. Advanced negotiation and relationship skills. High-level customer service skills. Positive and professional attitude. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. High attention to detail and strong planning and organizing skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
