This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting prospective residents to transition into vibrant retirement communities while achieving strong sales outcomes. Your RoleAs the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full sales journey within our retirement villages—from initial enquiry through to settlement and move-in. You will deliver a personalised, consultative sales experience that supports customers and their families to make informed decisions. Your tasks will include: Capturing, managing and nurturing sales enquiries and leads to build a qualified pipeline Conducting personalised village tours and presenting tailored accommodation options Achieving weekly KPIs including inspections, tours and information sessions, as well as overall occupancy and sales targets Supporting prospective residents through decision-making, including financial and legal processes Maintaining accurate CRM records, contracts and documentation in line with compliance requirements Assisting in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, events and community engagement activities Building strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey Monitoring market trends and providing insights on pricing, stock mix and customer preferences Your AttributesWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment while remaining empathetic and customer-focused. Knowledge of Retirement Village legislation (highly desirable) Evidence of immunisation for annual influenza and minimum 1x dose of COVID-19 vaccination received.
