The role: This role of BMW Genius is all about promoting the BMW brand on technical superiority, as an expert on BMW's largest ever product range; and transferring your enthusiasm for the brand through exceptional customer service. In this role, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.
