Procurement Specialist We are seeking a talented and driven Procurement Specialist to join our team at our Bankstown facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading contract negotiations, managing supplier performance, and driving commercial outcomes across a complex supply chain environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening supplier relationships, optimising contractual arrangements, and ensuring value, risk, and performance are actively managed across our supplier base. Snapshot of the role: Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favourable commercial outcomes and alignment with business objectives Develop, review and manage supplier agreements and commercial contracts, ensuring all customer and Company requirements are clearly defined and enforceable Act as the key point of contact for supplier performance management, addressing issues, driving accountability, and implementing improvement plans Drive strategic sourcing activities, including tendering, supplier selection, and pricing negotiations Identify and mitigate commercial and supply chain risks through robust contract management and supplier engagement Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier partnerships, influencing performance, innovation, and value delivery Support supply chain optimisation initiatives, including inventory strategies (e.g. VMI, SMOI) and cost reduction opportunities Establish and monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs, ensuring contractual obligations are met Maintain accurate and compliant procurement and supplier master data What we are looking for: Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment Proven experience leading commercial negotiations and managing supplier contracts end-to-end Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and supplier compliance requirements Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capability Experience with ERP systems and procurement data management Who we are For over two decades, we have enabled people to do great things in Aerospace globally.
