The Role Lead a team of Lending Specialists and manage loan assessment and credit submissions. Reporting to the General Manager of Distribution, you will ensure consistent customer coverage and compliance. Key responsibilities: Effectively lead and communicate with your team Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-ones and observe calls and emails Manage rosters and workflow Supervise performance reviews and ensure SLA adherence Assess loans and triage complex applications Maintain accurate CRM records Implement processes to improve team efficiency Collaborate with broader team, including BDM’s About you Ideal candidates will have leadership, management or 2IC experience, particularly in the non-bank sector within mortgage lending. Demonstrated exposure across the full lending cycle is preferred. To succeed in this role, you will have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance laws, within an NCCP lending environment.
