The Team The Project Services Branch provides project management and contract administration services to support the delivery of Council’s Capital delivery program. Projects range from civil infrastructure and roadworks projects to a new regional sports precinct, and from refurbishment of heritage listed CBD buildings to new mountain bike trails on the Toowoomba escarpment. About the position The Principal Project Manager delivers projects and programs across transport, recreational/community facilities and urban design projects. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD. The annual salary range for this position is $123,226.69 - $138,941.51 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. Substantial experience in major project planning and program management. Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards. Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
