About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible Casual Receptionist to support our clinics across the Moreton Bay Hub on an ad hoc basis with full-time hours available regularly. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoy variety in their work environment and is looking to gain experience across multiple sites within the Qscan network. Moreton Bay Hub – Maroochydore, North Lakes, Strathpine and Redcliffe In this role, you will provide reception and administrative support across clinics within the Moreton Bay Hub as required. Shifts will be offered to cover a variety of leave types including annual leave, personal leave, and parental leave, making flexibility and reliability essential. The candidate with broad availability and the ability to travel between clinics within the hub will have access to increased hours and opportunities. Our clinics are well-established and supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, offering a collaborative and welcoming environment. You will work with modern systems and technology, with full training provided to ensure you feel confident across all sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, enjoys engaging with patients, and values being part of a supportive and professional team. About You You are a professional, adaptable, and patient-focused individual who enjoys working in dynamic healthcare environments and delivering exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities High level of organisation and attention to detail Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Reliability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, often at short notice Flexibility to travel between clinics within the Moreton Bay Hub Experience & Skills Previous experience in a medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service role (highly regarded) Experience with medical software or patient management systems (advantageous) Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential due to multi-site coverage) Why Join Qscan?
