You will work collaboratively within a passionate and supportive multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred, holistic care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive GP services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients Deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed care and contribute to a welcoming, respectful service environment Develop and maintain appropriate care plans for patients with chronic and complex conditions Work collaboratively with nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, allied health and wellbeing teams to support integrated care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and correspondence Participate in continuous quality improvement, clinical governance and relevant meetings as required Support health promotion and preventative care initiatives aligned with community needs Comply with TAMS-AC policies, procedures, infection prevention standards and professional obligations Essential Criteria Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner (General Practice) Eligibility to obtain a Medicare provider number Demonstrated commitment to delivering culturally safe and respectful care Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills in a primary care setting Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centred approach Ability to meet clinical documentation and professional standards Desirable Experience working in an ACCHO, Aboriginal health, rural/regional health, or multidisciplinary settings Interest in chronic disease management, preventative health, or community health programs Compliance / Screening Requirements Appointment is subject to: National Police Check Working With Children Check (WWCC) How to Apply To apply, please submit your current CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest and availability (full-time/part-time).
