We’re currently seeking experienced Performance Testers to join a dynamic project team based in Melbourne. Melbourne | Hybrid Working Contract Role | Immediate Start Available Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts. Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization. Create and maintain automated performance testing frameworks and scripts. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues. Prepare performance test reports and share findings with stakeholders. Support performance tuning activities during project delivery. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing. Proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter. Experience in performance analysis, monitoring, and reporting. Good understanding of application architecture and performance tuning concepts. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Experience working in enterprise-scale environments. Ability to start immediately or within short notice.
