The team is now seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join the team, based in Warwick QLD. The Role The Factory Manager position is a diverse and hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily factory operations, supervise trades teams, and drive production efficiency across the business. You will play a key role in production scheduling, quality control, stock management, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Review and manage production schedules Supervise factory staff and improve both individual and team performance Ensure quality checks are completed and defects are minimised Oversee incoming deliveries of hardware, board, and raw materials Manage stock control and storage areas Analyse production outputs and implement improvement strategies Drive greater process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a similar role, managing a workshop or production team Cabinet Making or Joinery experience (preferred) A "hands-on" results-driven approach with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
