The position will entail responsibility for supervision of junior medical staff, including inpatient care and will include some responsibility for providing teaching to junior medical staff, medical students, and allied health staff. Salary range: $133,848 to $154,749 p.a. (L4-L9) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available Flexible working arrangements might be available in this role Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration Qualified as a medical practitioner, qualifications in speciality areas and current registration and / or eligible for registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia. If appointee is not accepted into a recognised vocational college training program – employment will be as a Principal House Officer and remuneration will be at PHO Level (L4-L7). Successful completion of at least two years post-registration training. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
