We are now in search of Production Team Members to join us at our facility in Kapunda, South Australia. As a production team member, you must be able to work flexible hours and hold a current forklift licence (or be willing to obtain one). You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the plant producing baled hay and straw, delivering quality feed to our customers both domestically and overseas. Our Production Team Members are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of roles such as Telehandler Driver, String Puller, X Ray, Plant Operator & Container Loading. Team members will rotate through these roles according to their skills and experience. What We Are Looking For · Willingness and ability to work as part of a team · Self-starter who is responsible, reliable, and accountable · Ability to work flexible hours and shift work · Forklift licence (or the willingness to obtain one) · Good communication skills, both oral & written · Strong attention to detail · Commitment to adhering to the safety requirements · Previous experience working in a production environment (desirable) · Forklift licence (Telehandler experience will be advantageous); and · Ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
