What we're looking for: Relevant early childhood education qualifications (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care) Demonstrated experience working in an early learning environment. An understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate experiences with a willingness to extend knowledge and plan the Cool Frogs approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and the community. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced, chilled and exciting environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Have a solid understanding or knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. Understanding or knowledge of the National Quality Standards.
