Service Advisor – Caravan Workshop We are a busy and fast paced caravan service and repair workshop seeking an experienced and organised Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of caravan systems and servicing requirements. You will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring all servicing, repairs, and warranty work are managed efficiently from start to finish. About the Role Liaise with customers and manage customer bookings for caravan servicing, repairs, insurance, and warranty work Accurately assess and record customer concerns, including electrical, plumbing, appliance, and structural issues Prepare detailed quotes for customers Prepare job cards for workshop technicians Liaise daily with the workshop manager regarding job progress, parts, and timeframes Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and explaining technical information in a simple manner Coordinate parts ordering for caravan components, including 12V systems, appliances, and accessories Process invoices and finalise jobs upon completion Assist with insurance and warranty claims where required Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor (caravan, automotive, or RV industry preferred) Strong knowledge of caravan systems (12V/240V, water, gas, appliances, build and accessories, build and fit-out) highly regarded Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment Experience with workshop/job management systems A proactive attitude and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience ($75,000 – $85,000) Supportive and experienced team environment No weekends – Monday to Friday only Long-term, stable position in a growing business
