The opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Permits Coordinator to join a highly regarded and well-established residential home builder with a strong presence across Melbourne and Regional Victoria. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, this business is seeking a motivated and organised individual to support the pre-construction team across permit applications and approvals. The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work from either the Geelong or Ballarat office, along with 1 day per week working from home.
