We're looking for an experienced Stone Benchtop Installer who takes pride in representing a quality brand in clients' homes and wants a long-term role with a team that respects the trade. What You'll Be Doing Installing stone benchtops in residential homes with precision and care Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately on site Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes Coordinating with the fabrication team to ensure seamless delivery and fit Conducting site measures to ensure accurate fabrication (experience or interest a plus) Requirements At Forma, attitude and aptitude rate higher than experience. It is essential that you bring: A professional manner when working in residential homes Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of finish A current driver's licence Reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Full working rights in Australia It will work in your favour if you also have: 2 years' experience in stone benchtop installation Experience with, or an interest in learning industry-specific site measuring Confidence working to tight tolerances in finished residential environments Benefits Top-level hourly rate super incentives (after probation) Salary range $90,000 – $100,000 Sign-on bonus Full-time Monday to Friday Overtime available Long-term opportunity with a growing business Professional team that values skill and quality Free snacks and drinks, weekly team lunches, on-site gym and showers If you take the trade seriously and bring the right attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
