Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Supporting operations at the Dugald River Project, you will: Plan and Coordinate Operations Plan and prioritise shift activities in collaboration with site leadership, ensuring resources, equipment, and work areas are effectively allocated. Lead and Supervise Teams Direct and supervise underground personnel, ensuring work is completed in line with mine plans, SWIs, and operational requirements. Drive Safety, Quality, and Environmental Standards Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by embedding quality, environmental, and health standards into all activities and leading by example. Communicate and Report Effectively Maintain accurate shift reports and timesheets, and liaise with key stakeholders on operational progress, risks, and workplace issues. Support Continuous Improvement and Incident Management Lead or assist in incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence while reinforcing a positive, safety-first work ethic. Qualifications Candidate Requirements: Underground Shift Supervisors – must hold Communicate workplace information certificates (formerly S1, S2 & S3) Current G1 Safety Induction - Metalliferous Core & Underground Underground hardrock mining experience & appropriate tickets/licences in the relevant position they are applying for Valid manual drivers licence A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
