Job description Maintenance Fitter – Industrial Manufacturing Banksmeadow Day Shift Monday – Friday 5am - 3:30pm / Saturday 5am – 12pm Up to 180k inclusive of loading penalties Unlimited OT Company Vehicle (Fuel Card Tolls provided) About the Company A well-established and highly regarded manufacturer within Western Sydney is looking to add to their growing business operations, offering unlimited OT to increase your basic earning potential. About the Role Working as part of a maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability of industrial, heavy plant machinery & equipment through preventative and breakdown maintenance and fault finding. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with a heavy industrial background. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial plant machinery & equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime Assist with machinery installations and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified Fitter (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent) Experience in a maintenance role (Heavy Industrial) Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Hands-on welding, grinding, cutting, and fabrication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Current working rights in Australia What’s on Offer Permanent, full-time role with unlimited overtime opportunities Competitive hourly rates and conditions Day or Afternoon shift roster with weekend/after-hours work Immediate start available If you’re a qualified Mechanical Fitter with heavy industry / plant machinery experience and looking for your next long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
