About the role In hospitality, our role is to excite and delight and that is at the heart of our Human Resources Administrator role. Working alongside the HR team, this role offers a valuable opportunity to build and grow your HR skills across a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, training, team recognition, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety. You will also have fun supporting the HR team with planning parties, HR events and help bring our workplace culture to life! Specifically, you will: Be the first point of contact for all team member enquires. Take ownership of the onboarding process of new team members. Take the lead in engagement activities. Create fun and engaging content for our internal social media accounts. Enter data into the hotel payroll system with a high level of accuracy. Prepare reports and conducting audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Work closely with operational departments and develop strong working relationships. Take ownership of driving our Blue Energy Culture and Thrive Culture by bringing them to life during team events. What are we looking for? An exceptional positive attitude with the mentality that anything is possible! Appetite to learn and grow within the company. Strong creative spirit. The drive to deliver high levels of customer service to our guests as well as our team. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
