The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of this well-regarded hospitality venue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive the overall performance of the kitchen, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and consistently high standards. More than just menu creation, you will be responsible for strengthening kitchen structure, maintaining systems and processes, and fostering a positive, organised, and efficient team environment. You will lead, mentor, and inspire your team, ensuring consistency across all service periods while supporting long-term kitchen sustainability.
